Welcome to this humble bakery of mine. While my day job has nothing to do with food, I find intense passion in baking and cake decorating.
I have always liked food preparation, particularly in baking and cakes decoration, all begins after my marriage 15 years ago. The earliest cake making I could recall was perhaps the Orange Sponge Cake which I prepared for Hari Raya Celebration. Despite my interest in baking, I started to bake seriously by attending a few baking courses.
I am by no means an expert in baking. I've never attendend any professsional culinary school.This blog was set up just for sharing my knowledge in baking.
